Introduction
Bauer Media's Advertising Production Department aims to provide advertisers with a consistently exceptional level of service. The experienced Production team manage the workflow of all advertising material from clients through to the printed publication, and are available to help on all advertising production related issues.

- To identify and implement new technology in advertising production
- To ensure the highest quality standard is achieved

Sending us an Advert
Bauer Media employs a digital workflow for all advertisements in all of their magazines and only accepts advertising material in a PDF pass4Press format. PDF is currently the most ‘open’ and recent of the available formats and is constructed from a postscript file. A Portable Document Format has been made available to the public by Adobe and the industry standard recognised by the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA) is known as pass4press.
As a publisher we are always striving to improve our service to our clients and in doing so we look to industry standards to support us. In conjunction with Adstream Quickcut, we are able to accept digital delivery using Quickprint 5 which creates and validates PDF’s to both the PPA pass4press standard and the Ghent PDF Group.
