The goal of specialist research is to aid product development, drive audience growth and enhance commercial revenues through consumer and market insights.
Based at Media House in Peterborough, the role of Researcher is to help understand consumer behaviour in our markets and the consumers’ view of our products (and those of our competitors’). Regular tasks include use of research databases, conducting quantitative surveys and using consumer insights to help build sales stories for our commercial teams. You will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams and assist the Research Manager.
We are looking for someone who is numerate and inquisitive and can present research results clearly and effectively. Good communication skills are very important and you will have a strong level of skill when using Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll need to be educated to A-level or degree level.
