As a member of the Advertising Production department, you will have working relationships and interaction with a variety of departments in the production of our publications i.e. Sales teams, creative, Editorial, IT and Marketing, as well as our valued external customers. The job can be challenging and require you to juggle many tasks at any one time, as well as requiring you to work towards set deadlines and help the advertising department obtain targets. The focus of your role:
In this role, you will be the link between the Specialist magazine sales teams, editorial teams and various other support departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all advertising booked, is planned on the magazine flatplan and in the correct positions, in line with the scheduled deadlines. You will responsible for communicating unsold / sold space allocations and for being the lynchpin between all departments in the closure of each publication in the lead up to press.
