Your working Pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours) permanent

Our Team: 

The Reader Services department provides a Reader Response Service within Bauer, via all communication avenues and supporting all H Bauer titles on a daily basis.

The focus of your role:

The role includes answering all queries and complaints (telephone, email and letter) related to the magazines, processing Reader Submissions including payments and returns and accepting credit card payments for back issues.

What you’ll do:

Under the supervision and guidance of the Manager, Reader Services:
• Respond to reader queries and complaints
• Process reader submissions
• Process reader payments
• Update reader contact records
• Support editorial teams in contacting readers when necessary
• Work with the editorial teams to ensure that they are aware of any issues/errors which should be reported to Reader Services

What you will bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills
