. Implementing a number of campaigns (at once) and being the main point of contact for all bookings. (both internal & external)
. Working in partnership with the C&I Project Manager(s) and ensuring that all campaigns are implemented according to procedure and protocol.
. Plan and cost Branded Content across our entire Radio, TV, Magazine and Digital portfolio.
. Deal with numerous systems that will help deliver better Branded Content.
. Creating relationships about Branded Content to help stimulate and develop campaigns externally and internally.
. Be knowledgeable of all Bauer Media platforms (Digital, Magazine, TV and Radio)
. You will develop strong relationships with programming personnel and Branded Content/S&P teams on all brands to ensure we get best practise.
. Forge strong relationships with other departments, to include; sales, programming, marketing, creative, production, traffic and research.
. Compile Risk Assessments, Terms & Conditions and online copy.
. Manage and implement Event Management logistics & where necessary, be present to oversee events/campaigns running in and outside of Manchester.
. Support and present (both internally and externally) campaigns results
. Write/oversee all Branded Content Sales Orders.
. Book and Plan via Operative One.
. Book and Plan Instream.
. Ensure all paperwork/booking/revenue reports are updated
. Ensure transparency with regard to RACC enquires / Ofcom Compliance
. Representing Bauer Media in a professional manner
. Developing own knowledge and using Bauer’s constantly evolving full estate of products.
Skills & Abilities:
. Attention to detail and working to agreed timelines with clients.
. Digital enthusiasm, knowledge and a keen interest in the Digital world.
. A capable operator, able to manage multiple jobs at one time
. Ability to stay calm under pressure
. Good time management & ability to prioritise
. Knowledge of Bauer Media estate (Digital, Magazine, TV and Radio)
. Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
. Forging strong working relationships both internally and externally
. Demonstrate a creative mind capable of thinking laterally as well as logically
. An amazing attention to detail
. Proven track record of juggling a number of different campaigns at the same time is preferable
. Providing high levels of customer service to all booked campaigns therefore ensuring the highest levels of renewals possible
. Ensuring we obtain the best reputation in the market for campaign delivery
. Level-headed, ability to ‘think on your feet’ and work well under pressure
. Numerate and computer literate
