-Lead production work-flow on integrated cross media branded content (creative) projects.
-Provide agency & client with exceptional customer service, campaign management and creative output.
-Manage key client relationships whilst representing editorial teams.
-Act as the client champion internally & Bauer brand champion externally.
-Responsible for management & margin of production budgets.
-Project manage the delivery of allocated projects including:
-Run internal and external kick off meetings
-Creation and effective execution of timelines
-Client / agency liaison (able to be one single point of contact on project)
-Briefing of content teams
-Radio - production teams / presenters / content directors / S&P managers
-Digital – project managers / developers & designers / native / social
-Marketing – coordinating events and experiential
-Video – production teams / shoots
-Print – production teams / editorial
-Briefing / scripting of multiplatform commercial copy
-Managing regular status meetings for client /agency updates
-Maintaining ongoing records of activity and digital stats to be able to deliver PCAs
-Monitoring and optimisation to deliver campaign effectiveness, quality control, accuracy and excellence.
-Develop effective relationships with colleagues in other departments. (eg Sales Hubs, Marketing, Editorial.)
