We have an opening for a Scheduling Assistant based at our Leeds Station.
We’re looking for a flexible, motivated and enthusiastic person who will deliver great customer service and support the team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Scheduling Manager, the successful candidate will have great communication skills, be highly organised, have an excellent eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and be PC literate.
Key responsibilities will include producing daily scheduled logs, maximising available inventory and ensuring the required delivery of campaign targets.
Previous experience in a scheduling-based position would be an advantage; however, applications will be considered from candidates who demonstrate that they have the necessary skills and potential.
