Your working Pattern:

 

The position is a full time role of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Our Team:

The Bauer Radio Scheduling Team play a vital role in the smooth running and success of all commercial bookings made on a Bauer radio station. We understand that being a commercial radio group, revenue is key. So each and every client and their bookings need to feel they are getting something with Bauer that they don’t get anywhere else and Scheduling play a huge part in this.

 

The focus of your role:

 

The role is to support the scheduling manager in compiling daily ad logs for the group of 3 radio stations; Cool FM, Downtown Radio and Downtown Country. This will involve ordering the ads in each break, loading the ad copy to the orders and ensuring each booking is achieving results for the clients.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Our advertising clients are absolutely central to everything we do. As a Scheduling Assistant you’ll be a key part of looking after their bookings and ensuring that they wish to continue booking airtime with us.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

·        Compilation of advertising logs to deadline

·        Accuracy and 100% delivery of impacts / value on all required campaigns

·        Provision of accurate availability information and proposal clearance for the sales teams

·        Reconciliation of prior days transmissions

·        Clear information provision to customers including sales reports and transmission times

·        Accuracy in RACC coding

·        Commercial audio chasing and accurate application of copy rotations and audio

·        Compilation of required PRS reports to deadline

·        Ability to provide cover in the absence of the Scheduling Manager
