The Yours Commercial Department is a dynamic team which is responsible for driving revenue across the magazine through a number of initiatives including Reader travel, Reader offers and the Reader events, leveraging the Yours brand and values to drive customer interaction whilst ensuring quality, value and a profitable return.
We are looking for an individual to join the team, assisting us in managing and developing all aspects of new and existing projects with a focus on the delivery of the marketing schedule. The successful candidate will be dedicated, prepared to work hard and show a positive attitude towards challenges. We are a small team with a strong team ethic and are looking for someone who is able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced publishing company.
Within the role you will be asked to assist in the day to day running of all initiatives, ensuring that good relationships are maintained with all partners, clients and suppliers. Your primary brief will be to ensure that the marketing schedule to support all initiatives is implemented in a timely and efficient manner. In order to achieve this you will be required to liaise closely with both editorial and commercial design teams creating and submitting briefs for the magazine and for all other customer touch points across the media mix. You will need to ensure schedules are managed effectively, deadlines are met and response is monitored. Attention and accuracy is essential to effective delivery. The role will enable you to develop a wide range of transferable skills and also provide an opportunity to develop both your knowledge, experience and workplace confidence.
