Now in its fourth year, the Parkers New Car Awards are back for 2021 to reflect the findings of the team’s expert reviewers in a turbulent year for the industry.

Parkers.co.uk today reveals the 63 cars, vans, pickups and services shortlisted in the Parkers New Car Awards 2021.

The awards reflect the views of Britain’s car-buying public, and have been shaped by detailed analysis of Parkers.co.uk traffic: 77% of site visitors are researching cars from multiple market sectors, basing buying decisions on monthly budgets and what they can afford – rather than the traditional view that buyers shop within specific vehicle categories.

Once again, the major lifestages of Parkers users, of which there are more than three million* visits per month, have been reflected in the award categories which include Best First Car, Best Small Family Car and Best Car for Thrill-Seekers.

Parkers.co.uk has shortlisted the cars its expert reviewers have tested independently and rigorously, analysing cost-per-month, value, quality, overall excellence and fitness for purpose.

New awards categories have been added to reflect the buying habits of Parkers.co.uk users. These are Best Small and Best Large Electric Car and Best Electrified Van.
