Absolute Radio Network records highest ever reach of 4.2m

Bauer City Network grows audience to 7.3m boosted by strong Bauer City 2 and 3 performances

Bauer Media is #1 digital commercial radio operator with 10.7m digitally enabled listener

KISS

  • KISS Network (inc KISS Fresh and KISSTORY) posts sixth consecutive increase in reach to record 5.5m listeners (+12% yoy), with record hours of 31.2m (+14% yoy)
  • Record reach for main station KISS of 4.7m listeners (+9% yoy)
  • KISS 100 takes title of #1 commercial station for reach in London with 2.1m listeners (+16% yoy)
  • KISSTORY remains #2 commercial all-digital station with 1.3m listeners (+34% yoy)

ABSOLUTE RADIO

  • Absolute Radio Network celebrates record reach of 4.2m (+5% yoy)
  • Main station Absolute Radio breaks 2m listener mark for first time to 2.1m (+14% yoy)
  • Record audience for Absolute Radio 70s (+71% yoy) and Absolute Classic Rock (+17% yoy)
  • Absolute 80s remains #1 commercial all-digital station with 1.6m listeners (+10% yoy)

MAGIC

  • Magic Network grows yoy with 20% increase in reach to 3.4m listeners
  • Magic Network hours increase 14% yoy to 17m

BAUER CITY NETWORK

  • Bauer City 1 (BCN 1) hits 6m listeners (inc Orion)
  • Bauer City 2 (BCN 2) celebrates increase in reach of 12% yoy to 1.2m listeners (inc Orion)
  • Bauer City 3 (BCN 3) posts record reach of 953,000

DIGITAL

  • Nine out of the top ten digital commercial stations are Bauer Media owned
  • 55% (+3% yoy) of total Bauer Radio listening took place via a digital device compared to the industry average of 42%
  • Bauer Media is #1 digital commercial radio operator with 10.7m digitally enabled listeners
