Terri White, Editor of Empire Magazine – a statement from Bauer Media UK

After six years Terri White, Editor of Empire magazine, has decided to leave Bauer Media UK.

Terri will leave the business on 1 September 2021, from which time Nick De Semlyen, who stepped into the position of Editor during Terri’s maternity leave eighteen months ago, will become Acting Editor until a permanent replacement is announced.

Helen Morris, Group Managing Director of Bauer Media UK’s Women’s Mass & Celebrity, Premium and Entertainment portfolio commented: “Terri joined Empire in September 2015 and since that time she’s been a dynamic force, dedicating every ounce of her passion for publishing, film and TV into evolving Empire into the highly successful multi-platform brand it is today. Under the expert stewardship of Acting Editor Nick De Semlyen, the Empire team are brilliantly positioned to continue with that evolution.”
