Bauer Media Audio has appointed Martin Ball Commercial Managing Director, Hits Radio Brand Network and Claire Foster Commercial Chief Operating Officer Bauer Media Advertising.
In his new role, Martin will lead on sales strategy, policy, and structure across all Hits Radio Brand Network local markets. Bringing outstanding credentials and a wealth of experience, Martin has built and sustained successful and stand-out sales teams in a career spanning five decades. A strong track record in delivering commercial excellence at Bauer, Martin was previously at Southern Radio, LBC and XFM London.
Having excelled in leading Bauer’s Strategic Delivery team, Claire will assume leadership across the National brands and strategy for Bauer Media Advertising and will take on the additional leadership responsibility of the Commercial Operations team.
Previously Group Business Development Director at Reach plc and Local World, Claire joined Bauer in 2019 bringing with her expertise in crafting customised strategies and operational plans for large media businesses.
