Today, following a delay caused by Covid-19, we are publishing our 2020 and 2021 pay gap report. In addition to our gender pay gap, for the first time, we have chosen to also include our ethnicity pay gap in a move to increase transparency and accountability as we continue to further center diversity and inclusion in our business.
