Following our statement posted on 5^th June, we have taken the time to discuss and act on the next steps we must take as a radio and audio company to ensure that we increase the diversity of our workforce.

In addition to signing the BITC Race at Work Charter, which aims to ensure that ethnic minority employees are represented at all levels, we are proud to announce that we have now also signed Broccoli Content’s Equality in Audio Pact. Both initiatives will help us reach our commitment in both hiring and maintaining more diverse talent and creating a more inclusive environment. All our recruitment suppliers have also been asked to sign up to the Race at Work Charter, and we will not work with companies who don’t.

As a business we want Bauer to be a great place to do great work for all, and will continue to improve our practices, listen and learn.
