Jordan & Perri to Front New Saturday Breakfast Show at KISS

KISS has revealed a number of changes to its weekend line-up across the KISS network including on KISSTORY and KISS Fresh.

On KISS, Diversity stars Jordan & Perri will front a brand new Saturday breakfast show kickstarting the weekend from 9am with the biggest tunes, celebrity gossip and an hour of old skool & anthems with KISSTORY.

The duo’s current Sunday 7-11pm evening slot will be taken over by Alex, who will be joined by the biggest names in music every week, and the perfect playlist to wrap up the weekend.

Weekday drive presenter Tyler joins the weekend line-up with a brand new chart show, ‘The KISS Hot 40’ – counting down the biggest & most requested tracks of the week, and spinning the new music releases every Sunday from 5pm.

Majestic moves to Friday nights from 7pm – kicking off the weekend with the biggest tunes in the mix, with chart-topping DJ Joel Corry replacing Majestic at 10pm every Thursday night. KISS Fresh DJ’s TCTS, SKT and Ben Malone all take on new KISS FM shows, while Steve Smart moves from Saturday Night KISS to KISSTORY – playing the biggest old skool & anthems in the mix, every Friday and Saturday from 7pm.

Other new additions to the KISS FM schedule include Solardo, Leftwing & Kody, Low Steppa and MK.

KISS Interim Content Director Nathan Thomson said: “This couldn’t be a more exciting time for KISS as we further define our output across KISS, KISSTORY and KISS Fresh to offer a truly competitive music set within the industry.  With the recent additions of our new digital stations KISS Garage, KISS Dance and KISS Jams – KISS continues to maintain its position as the beat of the UK.“

Interim Deputy Content Director for KISS David Farrar added: “We’re super excited to get the new weekend line-ups live just in time for KISSMAS. Our world-class talent are now perfectly placed to offer a truly cross-platform radio offering for our highly engaged audiences. With the addition of these brand new shows, plus the return of some of the key KISS specialist shows – the weekend really does live on KISS.”

The new schedules will come into effect from Thursday 5th December, 2019 in line with the launch of the station’s annual KISSMAS competition giving listeners the chance to win their share of £150,000 and the most requested gifts from KISS’ social platforms.
