The Creative Sector Hub is bringing London’s creative industries together to build the workforce of the future.

Led by Bauer Media and supported by the Greater London Authority (GLA), the Hub connects employers, educators and freelancers to understand skills needs, strengthen talent pipelines and create clearer routes into and progression within the industry.

Turning insight into action

The creative industries are changing fast. New technologies, evolving roles and changing ways of working are reshaping the skills businesses need.

The Hub brings together insight from across the sector to understand current and future skills needs, informing curriculum development, research, employer collaboration and new pilot programmes.

Initiated by the Greater London Authority (GLA), our work is guided by the Sector Talent Board, a group of industry leaders and sector representatives who bring their expertise and insight to help identify emerging skills needs, shape our priorities and ensure our activity responds to the changing needs of London’s creative industries.

The GLA is supporting the Hub as part of its wider ambition to strengthen London’s skills system and ensure businesses have access to the talent they need. Together, we’re helping create a more connected approach to the talent pipeline, bringing the needs of industry, educators and freelancers closer together.
