Bauer Academy is a training provider unlike any other because we are part of one of the world’s biggest media businesses.

Our multi-media training provider is recognised on the Register of Government Approved Apprenticeship Training Providers, certified by the Education and Skills Funding Authority and examination centre for bodies including the NCTJ and CiM.

The Academy combines the worlds of media, business and education to design and deliver unique learning & development opportunities including, Apprenticeship Standard programmes, customised corporate training and powerful community projects.

The Bauer Academy also has a long history of creating community projects, partnering with organisations such as the Big Lottery, Prince’s Trust and the European Social Fund, to train under-represented individuals new creative skills that assist with their employability prospects. In turn, this has created a significant new talent pipeline for Bauer Media and our partner businesses.
