Our nominations have been shortlisted in the following categories:

·       HR Team of the Year – Large Organisation

·       Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy

·       Best People-Focused CEO (Simon Myciunka)

·       HR Director of the Year (Susan Tate)

Being shortlisted across four categories is a brilliant achievement and one that reflects the passion, commitment and collaboration of colleagues right across the business.

Our individual nominations are a fantastic reflection of the leadership that helps shape our culture, with Simon Myciunka shortlisted for Best People-Focused CEO, alongside Susan Tate for HR Director of the Year.

These nominations are particularly special because they celebrate something we see every day across Bauer Media Audio – that our people genuinely care about making this a great place to work.
