Chris strengthens Bauer’s content and music team following news it will launch new audio brand and product Rayo in the UK this year, and following the recent appointments of Director of Music Pete Black, Magic Radio Content Director Rachel Mallender and Chief Creative Officer, Podcasts and Commercial Content Lucie Cave.
Reporting to Chief Content and Music Officer Ben Cooper, the role will see Chris manage and deliver a range of projects across the UK portfolio, as structures and processes are simplified across all radio stations to enable improved collaboration.
Bringing with him 18 years of experience in the radio industry, including 10 years with Bauer Media, Chris’s expertise in strategic planning and change management will be at the forefront of this new position.
Commenting on his appointment, Chris said: “I am thrilled to take on a new role, leading the operations and production teams at Bauer Media as we continue to expand our portfolio of stations. It’s an exciting time for the radio industry and I look forward to working with our talented teams and building upon our successes as we navigate the rapidly evolving media landscape.”
