Bauer Media takes home two awards at BSME Talent Awards

Bauer Media Publishing celebrated another successful evening at the prestigious BSME Talent Awards last night as a host of individuals from Grazia and Empire were honoured for their exceptional contributions.
Grazia’s Jessica Barrett, Emma Rowley, Anna Silverman and Georgia Aspinall were recognised for Best Campaign for their outstanding effort lobbying to make cyberflashing illegal. The BSME judges heralded “a classic campaign that took aim at the obvious wrong and set about putting it right. Grazia’s campaign on cyberflashing persuaded the Government to change the law.”
Empire’s Alex Godfrey from Empire, meanwhile, was crowned Best Writer – Features with judges describing him as “a writer who continues to deliver beautifully crafted features and interviews with the biggest names in the business. His pieces are always insightful, compulsive and hugely entertaining.”
Chris Duncan, CEO of UK Publishing comments “Congratulations to our winners and all 27 individuals that were named on the shortlist. This recognition is testament to the outstanding talent we have throughout our business, which I’m certain we’ll continue to see celebrated in future awards!”
