heat’s 2025 Rich List names the 30 wealthiest stars under 30

heat magazine returns with its much-loved Rich List, revealing the UK and Ireland’s 30 wealthiest under 30 celebrities for 2025.
This year, heat goes above and beyond net worth, introducing the five most giving stars and top five richest UK podcasters, celebrating influence, impact and income across the entertainment landscape.

Dua Lipa tops the chart

“Manifesting is a big thing for me” said Dua last year. It’s clearly working as Dua has levitated herself into the mega-rich club, with the last year being her biggest money-spinner yet, thanks to her £83m-grossing Radical Optimism tour. She’s also got her own podcast and book club, acting career, plus partnerships with Porsche and Versace.

The top 10 faces of fortune

Tom Holland secures his spot in second place with £37m, earning an estimated £7.5m per Spider-Man movie, and recently launching an alcohol-free beer, Bero. He’s also apparently top of Amazon’s James Bond wish-list too. With two massive-selling albums and tours, and a triumphant comeback at Glasto, Lewis Capaldi claims third place with £35m. He’s followed by Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi with £24m and Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury at £22.1m.

Actress Sophie Turner takes sixth place with £21.9m followed by soul singer Jorja Smith and Dave with £16.8m in eighth as he scores three number one singles, including Sprinter which is edging towards 1bn Spotify streams.  Aitch, the Mancunian rapper sits in ninth place with £14.4m, with Sex Education star Asa Butterfield taking the final top 10 spot with £13.7m.

Fresh on the list

With a record nine newcomers joining the list, the first is from cool singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone who lands in 20th place with £4.1m, who had money-spinning gigs supporting Olivia Rodrigo and playing to 90,000 Swifties every night on The Eras tour. With sky-blue eyes and floppy hair, Leo Woodall is another star making the list for the first time in 26th place with £2.2m thanks to The White Lotus, One Day and starring as Bridget Jones’s toyboy in Mad About the Boy.

The podcasters cashing in

As podcasting booms, these voices are proving there’s big money in the mic.  Steven Bartlett tops the list at £36m with Diary of A CEO making £15m annually from advertising, with Steven revealing he personally pockets nearly £1m yearly from the podcast. Trailing behind is Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch at £30m with That Peter Crouch Podcast being the UK’s sixth most popular with the gangly footballing legend also co-hosting The Therapy Crouch with wife Abbey.

The list also includes Chris and Rosie Ramsey, the savvy South Shields couple who have turned the success of their Sh**ged Married Annoyed married life podcast into a franchise, James Acaster and Ed Gamble, the comedy duo whose podcast Off Menu has been downloaded 120m times since 2018 and Tom Holland and Dominic Sandbrook who have the world’s most listened-to history pod, The Rest is History.

The full heat Rich List appears in this week’s heat magazine, on sale from today, Tuesday 28 October and online at heatworld.com.
