KISS marks one year of KISS Hype chart with week of celebrations

This week, KISS is airing three very special shows on the KISS Hype Chart as it marks one year on the air. The show which celebrates all the music popping off right now is welcoming in some key figures that have been featured across the show in the last year.

Tonight (Monday 13th September) sees Chance the Rapper in the studio along with Smoko Ono and Joey Purp, with Mahalia on Tuesday night, and Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall dropping by on Wednesday.

KISS content Director, Rebecca Frank said “The Hype Chart is our flagship evening show on KISS that celebrates the artists and songs that are gaining the most hype right now. Playing the 20 biggest tracks, powered by our listeners’ passion, it’s the ideal place for artists who’ve just dropped something new to hang out. Tinea Taylor is that perfect friend who always knows what’s hot, and we can’t wait to share even more music with our audiences…”

Hype Chart presenter Tinea Taylor said I have absolutely loved presenting the KISS Hype Chart for the last year. It’s probably been my favourite show I’ve done at KISS to date. We have in my opinion, already had a huge year with some incredible music and talented artists on the show. I can’t wait to see what else we can achieve for the next year ahead, continuing to deliver listeners all their favourite tunes and hear from some top artists.”

Live on Monday-Thursday evenings from 7pm, the KISS Hype Chart offers exclusive interviews and performances as well as the biggest music news.

Find KISS on FM or your DAB digital radio, ask your smart speaker to ‘Play KISS FM’, head to kissfmuk.com or download the KISS Kube app to listen at any time.
