Look who’s back! Bam Bam and Streetboy join KISSTORY line up
The legendary duo are back together, for the first time in 18 years, from Monday 6th January
It’s the New Year and a new line-up for KISSTORY as the legendary station reunites an iconic radio duo… Bam Bam and Streetboy are back every weekday from 4pm to 7pm from Monday 6th January.
It’s the first time in 18 years that the pair have presented together and they’re ready to bring their unique chemistry and passion for radio to the nation once again! They said: ‘We’re wildly excited to be back in our natural home. Can’t wait! Sorry it took so long…’
It was twenty-six years ago this month (January 1999) that the pair first launched Bam Bam Breakfast on London’s KISS 100. The multiple award-winning show ran for seven years and at the time was the first to break the Chris Tarrant at Capital Breakfast market dominance in the 15–24 demographic.
KISS Content Director, Rebecca Frank said: ‘It would be so easy for the UK’s biggest commercial digital radio station to stay in its lane but that’s not what made KISSTORY the iconic brand it is. We’re constantly evolving, willing to take risks and getting bigger and better but always passionate about the music. We cannot wait to see what Bam Bam and Streetboy get up to when they’re unleashed on Monday – welcome back boys!’
2025 marks forty years of KISS as a brand and it’s set to be an exciting twelve months for the network – starting with new shows for two very familiar KISS names.
New to the KISS family in 2024, Marvin Humes brought all the energy to our massive KISSTORY live events in the UK, Ibiza and Dubai as well as hosting KISSTORY Anthems. This year sees him taking on a new mid-morning slot on his spiritual home, KISSTORY, where he’ll be on air every weekday from 10am til’ 1pm with 100% Old Skool and Anthems. There’s also a new show for KISS presenter – and host of new Masked Singer spin off The After Mask – Harriet Rose, who will be taking over weekend mornings on KISSTORY from 9am til’ 12pm.
