Bauer triumphed at this year’s Audio and Radio Industry Awards, picking up 4 major awards at the ceremony, including National Station or Network of the Year for Magic Radio and Radio Times Moment of the Year awarded to KISS’ Jordan and Perri on the reaction to Diversity’s BLM routine.

Magic was also awarded the top prize for Best Commercial Partnership for its Magic Euro Song collaboration with Netflix, while Absolute Radio was presented with The Creative Innovation Award for its VE Day special station, Absolute Radio 40s.

The event was hosted by KISS Breakfast presenters Jordan and Perri, who also gave out Silver and Bronze prizes to Bauer across 10 categories, including Silver to Clyde 1 The John Myers Award for Best Local Station of the Year and Silver to The Hits Radio Breakfast show with Fleur East for Best Music Breakfast Show –
