Magic Radio has announced today that broadcaster Rich Clarke will be joining the station and waking the nation up every Saturday morning from January 31st.

Rich will be hosting a brand-new Breakfast show bringing listeners the best variety from the 80s to now as they wake up and start their weekends.

Rich Clarke said: ‘So thrilled to be joining the brilliant team at Magic Radio –  a station I have loved for years. I can’t wait to get started and wake up the UK for Saturday Breakfast!’

Rich is part of a new line up for Magic Radio that sees Mel Giedroyc as the soundtrack to Saturday nights and Anna Richardson taking the chair of the Sunday Morning Request Show.

Dan Morrissey will also host new weekend shows 4-7pm as Jo Russell takes over Friday’s Perfect Playlist and Paul Hayes is on weekday overnights.
