Bauer Media’s Take a Break, is to launch a companion magazine aimed at craft enthusiasts this week.
Take a Break Makes is a new magazine for the enthusiastic crafter created by the team behind the best-selling women’s weekly magazine and is the first of a number of specials planned in 2019.
Take a Break Makes offers easy-to-follow step-by-step guides on how to create show-stopping makes, including papercraft, jewellery, fashion, garden furniture and home décor. Aimed at all levels of expertise, each make is beautifully photographed to ensure readers can achieve outstanding results – whether they have an hour to spare, a weekend or just ten minutes.
The magazine will include secrets and tips from expert crafters and ideas to help readers make the most of their homes and the chance to win a sewing machine, a craft break for two, £300 to spend at Hobbycraft and £250 cash. Plus, Take a Break readers showcase their own makes from our hugely popular Brainwaves pages and share their inspirational true-life stories.
